Usage:

Cut to length line is used for the production of silicon steel laminations which are suitable for the assembly of big transformer iron cores with step lap system.

 It consists of double-head decoiler, non-pit sheet guiding device, feeding system, V-notch punching unit, 45°shearing unit, 135°shearing unit, hole punching unit, material stacking system (stacker), discharge trolley, control cabinet and operation panel, pneumatic system etc.
