Horizontal winding machine for power transformer

Usage:

The horizontal winding machine is used to make transformer coils. It is especially for large distribution transformers and power electric transformers.

One or multiple flat wire conductors in parallel are wound on the winding mandrel via the wire dereelers, and then the winding coil is obtained as winding technology.

We can supply all necessary accessories: hydraulic elevation platform, decoilers, wire clamper, compacting device, coil lifting device, coil overturning device etc.

We can customize the machine as user’s requirements.
